It
is preferable to properly prepare your home before
listing it for sale. All homes will eventually find a
buyer no matter what, but if you prefer not to wait
around for months to receive an offer, do the necessary
"little touches" that will help sell your home in the
least time and at the best possible price. Of course
some of the fix-ups will require up front expense , such
as painting, refinishing worn woodwork, cleaning the
carpets and repairing broken fixtures and appliances.
Other little eye-pleasing improvement may cost
absolutely nothing, but with a little elbow grease and
time, it will make a big difference in getting a sale.
