     Larry was born and raised in Faribault and graduated from Faribault High School. He went on to attend Bemidji State College and returned to Faribault where he has been living and working since 1975. Larry has been active in the local real estate market for the past 30 years.  In April of 1986, he started LMH Appraisal, Inc., and in 1988, he and Dale Granneman started G & H Management. Recently, in 2005, a partnership of Larry, Dale Granneman, Jeanne Taylor, Jim Barta, and Mark and Lori Gustafson started G & H Real Estate, which combines the expertise of residential and specialized commercial real estate professionals.

     Larry is very involved in the Faribault business and real estate community, having built apartment buildings, developed residential property, as well as built spec homes and re-habed residential properties in the Faribault area.
     Larry has a passion for golf, as well as travel. He has enjoyed watching his children compete in local athletic events in the past years and looks forward to watching them develop into young adults. He is very excited about the Faribault area's current and immediate future concerning real estate, business and community growth and believes we are in the midst of the most exciting time and largest growth in the Faribault area history.
