     Hailey was born and raised in Faribault and graduated from Faribault High School. She went on to earn a Bachelor's in Social Work from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. Rather than staying in Cincinnati, Hailey was drawn back to her hometown of Faribault and is pursuing a career in Real Estate.
